[ARC5] Trade ATA for ARC-5 Stuff

I don't have any of either contact configuration in either backshell.  But I 
will mention that any of the several different 19-contact connectors from the 
A.R.C. Type 12/15 can be converted to either one of the insert convigurations 
used in the earlier sets.  First grind off the external alignment key.  Then 
plug the appropriate unused contact so that the connector will only fit 
AN/ARC-5 or ATA/SCR-274-N.
