No shock mounting for these, Jay.  Everything you need to know is at the 
top of http://aafradio.org/docs/docs.html, including the normal mounting 
scheme.  Unfortunately, IIRC you are missing the cast base on yours, so 
you will need to cobble up some kind of adapter plate to mount it to 
anything.

Luckily, they are fairly standard AN/MS-3106 connectors.  I'm sure Bill 
Perry will have mates at a reasonable price.
