[ARC5] ARC-5 Adapters

What is the pin numbering standard that is being used on these (pin 1 at top/bottom, numbers advance clockwise, counterclockwise)? 

I have an R-26 NIB that I'd like to listen to. I also have a commercial(?) plate for the front box (black wrinkle finish, switch on the left, pot in the middle and 1/4 phone plug on the right) that I'd like to use as a non-destructive drop-in unit as suggested earlier.
