I just remembered that the mini-banana pins were also made with a threaded
stud instead of hollow rivet. Someone on one of these lists had some of those
(and I still owe him some BFO cans but can't find the email). Maybe he'll see
this.
If you only want to make up one or two power plugs, the threaded ones would
be the way to go, as although the rivet tool is available (from McMaster,
etc.), they are quite proud of it.
