[ARC5] Removing ARC-5 dynamotor mounting hardware

Ah, OK, got 'em out.

Marty - send me your snail mail address and I'll send you a screw-in shock
mount thingy.

Ken - I have a Triad R-7A xfmr that has a 3" x 2.5" footprint, and a
Thermador 10H choke that has a 2.5" x 1.5" footprint. These should just fit
into the 4.75" x 3" space available now that the dynamotor mount and
3-terminal power socket have been removed.
