[ARC5] Removing ARC-5 dynamotor mounting hardware

To quell the cries of horror, let me hasten to add that the chassis that I
am working on had been almost totally gutted before I got it (no IFTs, no
tuning network, all the bathtub caps removed, two of the dynamotor mountings
gone). The tuning capacitor is still in place.

I thought this would make a nifty chassis for an xtal converter for a Q5'er.
I would like to build the power supply onto the space where the dynamotor
used to go.

What's the best way to remove the shock mount things used to locate the
dynamotor?

I'd also like if possible to remove the circular mica-centered inserts
intact. Can this be done?
