with large ceramic beads, Jay.  See the top of my GO-9 for an example - 
http://aafradio.org/flightdeck/go9.htm .  The Rajah terminal doesn't 
depend on the spark plug wire insulation for mechanical strength, but 
instead grasps the spread-out stranded wire between a male and female 
conical surface.  You cut the strands about 1/4" long, and the excess 
beyond the conical compression area goes down into an annular gap 
between the cap and clip, locking it fairly well - at least in my 
limited experience.
