[ARC5] Need Input (Said in his best Robot #5 voice)

Gentlemen and ARC-5ers, if you please,

I'm seeing a lot of references to references going
back and forth here and I was wondering how much
begging, pleading, and assorted outright bribery it
would take to get photocopies (or JPGs etc) of them. 
I don't mind paying cost and a little extra for the
trouble but I'm seeing material that would be
beneficial in the Book To End All Books vis-a-vis the
Command Sets.  

I mean, we'd all like to see it as complete as
possible, right?
