That's an astute question.  It's the one I finally found after much 
looking, Mike -  http://aafradio.org/flightdeck/navigation.htm  Sort of 
an arcane version, and the control box was even harder to locate, but as 
you said, it was the 'official' ARN-11, so it seemed worth the pursuit.  
I'm not so sure about the LB/522 association.  Any background on that 
assumption?
