[ARC5] those little bitty ball bearings

I think Dennis AE6C was the one looking for the parts help.  Did a
replacement cap or bearing donor turn up?  I have a 3936 unit
removed from a parts donor.  From the thread comments, it sounded like that
would work for a replacement. Let me know if it is needed. Will send along
for postage only.
