Interesting thing about 3rd-Gen ATA:
They were built on contract NXsa-53321, Inspected and
released in the first half of 1944. However, there
is a run of AN/ARC-5 accessories under this same contract,
inspected and released first quarter of 1945.
I have no documented AN/ARC-5 rx or tx under this contract; just accessories
(racks, control boxes etc.).
Perhaps this was a general "replacements" contract,
used for small runs of replacment assemblies?
Your ideas?
