[ARC5] ARB receiver

Folks,

I just became the owner of an ARB receiver, in very good, original condition
(rare to see an unhacked one nowadays), with the dynamotor, the CRV-10081
mounting frame, which is missing the 4 shock mounts, and a CRV-23256 control
box, including a control box - to - receiver cable with the correct
connectors. I also got a right-angle tuning shaft extension and a crank knob
to fit it, similar to the ARC-5 local knob.

I have no experience with receiver as I never had one. My question is: is
the flexible remote tuning shaft the same as the ARC-5 or is it a different
end/thread/spline size?
If so, is there a source to find one?
The other request is any leads to the "coffee grinder" remote tuning dial.
Sometimes I see one pop up in epay, but nothing at this time. I should have
bought one when I saw one some time ago...
Anyone has the manual?
