   Have you considered RG-62 if you cannot locate RG-7?  RG-62 is 93 ohm

  and of similar construction, although the dielectric is a polyethylene

  spiral cord.  It's diameter is that of RG-59.

  I know this because I use RG-62 to feed my 20M loop antennas.

If the specs are similar, I wonder why there are two types?  Using
Google, I found this site:

http://www.generalcable.com/GeneralCable/en-US/Products/ElectronicCables/Catalog/

which lists both the RG-7/U and the RG-62/U by Carol, so it seems likely
both are still in production. It only remains to find a distributor that
will sell a reasonable length.
