Interesting that there is a book "Forgotten Fields." There is a book "Lost Ball Parks," covering the Polo Grounds, Ebbetts Field, etc. I wrote a book "Lost Race Tracks" a few years ago and was going to do a "Lost Airports," but never got around to it. - Gordon White
