[ARC5] Strange box

  This could possibly have been an Aircraft Radio Corp. test or 
development device. Usually, but not always, there was an i d tag, but I 
have seen "boxes" that had no i d.  If it does not look too "modern" it 
is likely to be from the company. A lot of stuff was sold and otherwise 
liberated 1) when they cleared out the WW II work and  2) when the 
Boonton plant was closed in the 1980s.
