[ARC5] ARC-5 modulator FS

Neil,

The short answer for why it isn't identified as "ARC-5" is that it's a pair 
of aluminum finish WECo BC-454-B's and therefore part of SCR-274N, not 
AN/ARC-5.  Of course he likely doesn't know that.  Can't spell "Continental" either.  
:-)  But hopefully someone will stumble across it.  Be a shame to let them go 
to the dump for want of $9 plus shipping.
