Heavens, no.
Max is willing to pay a realistic price for premium items,
but he's much smarter than that.
The guy didn't even show decent photos of the rig,
much less the so-called "original box."
I've seen a lot of people list their torn-up, water stained
depot repackings as the "original box." Good grief.
This reminds me of the poor doofus some years ago
that was listing an ARC-5 calibration crystal,
starting at like 99 dollars. He said in his listing
that he'd been told they were ultra rare
and worth *thousands!* You'd think a person
would do just a little research before investing
their money in things about which they know nothing,
but it happens every hour and always has.
This guy was probably snookered into paying
$300 or $400 for this receiver and is trying
to "flip" it for the big bucks. Should have
done his homework first.
