[ARC5] RAT 13.5-20 Mhz receiver

OK.  I already apologized to the seller.  I'm glad that he got a good price 
for it regardless.  I should have spelled out what I meant, which was that if 
RAT's have black tube decks, and if RAT's are rare, then the black tube deck 
doesn't affect that.  It's just part of the rareness.
