Apparently there was a glitch in the Navy naming department, and RBD was
first (or mistakenly) assigned to the updated ARC set, but later really
assigned to a shipboard version of the General Electric RAX. These GE sets
exist, but are not very common (although there was just an RBD dynamotor
on Ebay). The matching transmitter is TCX.
