[ARC5] Power Up Modulators

Thanks for all the ideas/experience/thoughts

Power Supplies:  Well equipped here with a number of beefy supplies and I 
usually handle the surge with lawn tractor batteries.

Capacitors:  I was afraid of that but wanted to get an idea of the 
prevalence of bad ones.

Visual inspection of the BC-456-E reveals greenish goo leaking from the 1.2 
uF @ 600 V bypass caps.  Looks like I'll get the opportunity to rebuild a 
capacitor assembly or two or three (Presence of PCB's assumed/noted)

Bearings:  Hadn't thought of that as all the receiver dynamotors I've used 
over the years have always spun right up.  Still, it is no great deal to 
check on them and add some lubricant.  I don't expect a big duty cycle on 
these so the "lube in place" method will most likely be adopted here.

Thanks again, it has been interesting and helpful reading.  I'll keep the 
group informed of my progress.
