Are you thinking of the ET-4332 transmitter made
by RCA?
2-20 Mc/s.
Pair of 813's in parallel, driven by 807 xtal osc.
Modulated by a pair of  p.p. 805's.
I had one, back in the 1990's.  Was gonna re-build
into a 500w linear but a change of apartment loomed
up, and the size (5 foot all-steel cabinet) and weight
(about 800 lbs) were utterly inappropriate, so I had to
sell it.
