[ARC5] Unstable VFO

Reminds me of a problem I had once.

Working on unmodifying a BC-696. I had
fixed the major problems and it was sounding
pretty good.

I then did some mostly cosmetic work, cleaning
up wiring etc, and when I put it back together
the dial was off about 50kc, the output low, and
the note was unsteady.

I had put the 1629 and 1626 in the wrong sockets,
the eye tube does not make a very good oscillator.

Hope this keeps someone else from making the same mistake
