[ARC5] Dynaverters and P-12 base

  I'm not positive of this as I'm not all that familiar with that series of
equipment but I'll take a stab at it. I believe it was used to power a
CV-431/T366 combination.  The dynamotor provided HV for the CV-431 uhf
transverter, and the little low power T-366 vhf crystal controlled
transmitter. The P-12 was used when a vhf receiver was NOT included in the
set. If the vhf receiver was used, it would provide HV from it's dyno. I'm
sure there were other equipment combinations as well.
