[ARC5] Wanted: tuning knob for BC-453

Also, there were two variants of the "Issue" knobs.  One is all metal and 
normally stored under the tube covers of the AN/ARC-5 receivers.  The other is a 
black bakelite spinner knob with retaining ferrule and wasn't supplied with 
any of the receivers by default.  I don't have any of either anymore, but 
thought you might want to be specific as to which you wanted.

I do have one ferrule and spline that you could put your own knob on.  The 
knob that's currently attached matches the R-388 so I'll keep it.
