[ARC5] Intermittent roller inductor operation

Have you looked carefully at what's happening?
Maybe the roller wheel is binding on the shaft,
and is not moving laterally, so that it rides up and
over the same part of the coil wire each time as
the roller rotates.  Just a suggestion.
