Bob,
The jack is JK-26. The short plug on the headsets is a PL-54, known as a
bail-out plug. The extension cord that they plug into is CD-307 or CD-307-A.
Plug on the other end of CD-307 is of course PL-55 or later varients. The cords
were made in various lengths from 36" to 120", with the 65" being the most
common. The later number is CX-4548/U. There's also a Navy Type Number for
this cord, Cxx-49534 or 49534-A. I don't think you'll likely have any luck with
Switchcraft or anyone else these days. I have a small stock of NOS JK-26's
mostly removed from CD-307-A's when I used the balance of the cord to restore
other equipment (LS-7's, RM-53's, etc.). I also have CD-307's. So does Fair of
course.
