All;

	Cutting round and round the mica window at the folded metal edge can be tedious
at best. I took a scrap of 2x4 and drilled holes in it that holds the caps, so
at least if the exacto knife slipped it wouldn't puncture my hand. What I've had
some luck with is building a "jig" for the caps. I took a really, really junky
rx and cut a piece of the chassis that had the holes for the cap in it. Between
these holes I drilled a hole and put a long 4-40 bolt through it with star
washers and a nut on the other side. I bolt the cap on the scrap, and put the
4-40 bolt in the chuck of my drill. I spin the cap slowly and bear the exacto
blade on the window using the folded edge as a guide. Works a lot quicker that
cutting by hand. Those of you with better tools than me (like a lathe) would
have better results.
