[ARC5] ARC 5 AGC problem solved

Tom;

	Here's an idea. Put it inside C-5. Just (very carefully) cut around the rim of
the cap on the mica window. Remove the window. Remove the guts of the bad cap,
including lil wire on the screw leg side. Solder your new cap from the post on
the back of the mice window to the hole on the bottom of the cap. Glue the mica
window back in. No one will ever know you were there. Got this idea from Dave S.
