[ARC5] A.R.C. receiver serial no's

Just been looking at a CBY-46105 (3 - 6 Mc) receiver
made by A.R.C.  Serial no. stamped on the top cover
plate is in the 750 - 800 range.  The yellow stamps on
the chassis rear show the same serial no., the Navy
anchor symbol, and "RELEASED AUGUST 1942".

Is this a low serial no.?  What information do we have
about total sets made by A.R.C., and how does this
particular serial no. fit into their whole production run?
Do we have a month by month tally of serial no's?
