[ARC5] Usage of large command set racks?

Both of the aircraft are listed on the USAF museum website, Presidential 
Annex hanger, here:  http://www.wpafb.af.mil/museum/annex/ans.htm

However, there is this tiny disclaimer:  "This gallery index is an "as 
planned" representation of the actual Museum layout. Not all aircraft 
listed below will necessarily be on display at any particular time, 
although most will."  Unless the aircraft was restored to flying shape, 
I find it hard to believe that it would be in AZ as the histories sort 
of indicate they were restored in OH.
