[ARC5] Identity of ARC-5 (?) item on eBay

Actually looks like Type 12 equipment. Earlier versions were black,
but later were gray. Also the additional connectors, etc would seem to
indicate this along with the little, blue tag on front.

There was a dual component set up (transmitter/amp or ?) in a dual
rack, perhaps this is the rack unit?

I don't know the ARC-5 gear as well as I'd like to, and even less
about the Type 12 gear. I'm sure someone else can add more.
