No, all 4 pie chokes are not all alike. You can measure the inductance
with an inductance meter or bridge. You can estimate the current capability
by measuring the wire size and resistance. They are probably not marked
because they dont have room for the marking. (would one dot be enough
if a family had been developed??) Probably only one dot needed at least
for 2.5 mH.
