[ARC5] 75 Mtr to LF Converter - Ideas?

Thanks for the help, guys.
Don't know what I was thinking to call the input a "hi-pass;"
it's obviously a low-pass. My only excuses are general
doo-fuss-ness and that my doctor took me off caffine.
I was raised in Louisiana,
and our hearts don't usually even beat before at least
three cups of coffee ;-). In fact, I think I'm going to
"flip-off the Devil" this morning and have a cup of
steaming-hot Hi-Test. One won't hurt... (crossing fingers).
