[ARC5] Those Astec Switchers

[Bob Macklin]

I have a Kenwood switcher for my 2M FM tranceiver. If the tranciever is on
the switcher causes no problems. But if the tranceiver is turnd off the
switcher produces noise in my HF receivers.
