I believe the switches were to compensate for variations in line voltage.

Subject: [ARC5] Rectifier Power Unit for LM type freq meters: CQC-20104A

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the CQC-20104A rectifier power unit
for the LM type frequency meters? This takes 120 VAC and outputs 13 volts
AC @ .6 amp, and 290 VDC @ 20 MA. Has a nice 150 VAC meter on the front
panel.

The reason I'm asking for the circuit is there are two switches that I can't
figure out how they work: "Comp 1" and "Comp 2". When I switch Comp 1 up,
it appears to lower the output voltage by about 70 volts. Comp 2 appears to
not do anything and may be broken.

Any help would be appreciated.
73's,
-tom
PS, If this posting is not appropriate for the ARC-5 list, I apologize.
