[ARC5] Cap Replacement

Thought you might like to see what I fabricated as replacements for the 0.05 
uF bypass caps in my receiver:

I wasn't able to think up a satisfactory scheme to place these caps on the 
terminal boards and they were the most suitable type in my inventory so I 
made them into leaded parts. Mostly they ended up being installed directly 
on the tube sockets. Only have a few more to install.
