The package looks like ARC-5 capacitors, but you knew that.

G is clearly 'Grid'
C is likely 'Center' or 'Common'.  There is no reason it should be grounded. It
might be designed to go to some bias network.
At a guess M is mike and A is the A supply (possibly through a dropping
resistor)
