[ARC5] ARC-5 cable

While digging thru the box of cables i brought home with me couple weeks
back i found a cable about 6 foot long with connectors on both ends that
fit the modulator power plug.  One end has a tag that says :  TBM-3E "N"
"Ball" and the other end just says TBM-3E "N".  What would be the setup
where you would have a cable with both ends having a PL-148 on them?  

Oh well, now i have a couple spare power plugs for the modulators.
