That kinda follows my own thinking. I already have a NIB/NOS ARC-5 Modulator and Dyno,
some Rxs, control boxes and all of an NOS ART-13A, except for the TX itself. Also I
really prefer the black paint to the unpainted aluminum.

The real problem is likely to be the Tx and Rx racks.  Do you know if it was common to
use the aluminum racks with the black painted gear?

I'm thinking of trying to duplicate a system from the ARC-5 manual (initially a Command
system, perhaps growing into a Liaison system if a really nice ART-13A turns up)
