[ARC5] Command set capacitors

reading this thread makes me think of my Canadien BC-455 i recently received.  All the bathtub caps along both sides had been removed and a terminal board had been installed in their place with capacitors attached to the board diagonally.  Nice job.  They used "Red Chief" tubular caps.  

One of the mods someone did was to remove the filter choke from under the dynamotor supply  and attach the B+ lead from the dynamotor to the B+ pin (center) of the rear connector.  That would have been ok except that they also tied the 28V filament string to the same pin!  OUCH!  Apparently whoever did this was planning on using 28V for the B+ as well.  Dynamotor sure grunted before i found this one.  B+ on the 28V line!  Haven't bothered to check the tubes since then.  It's setting over in the corner smarting!
