[ARC5] Command Transmitter Bathtub Capacitor Replacement

If you don't want the mica plate intact, you can perhaps pry up the edges of 
the metal can, release the mica and replace it with a PC board terminal 
disc. It won't look exactly original but then you may have a hard time being 
perfect.

If you wish to dispense with the tubs entirely, here is what I did recently:

I soldered these right onto the tube sockets and terminal boards to keep the 
wire runs very short.
