This is just an ATC, modified (T-412) to accept the CDA-T multi-channel 
crystal oscillator, but with an O-17 variable MF oscillator plugged into 
the upper center space instead.  The toggle switch in the lower center 
part of the front panel allows tuning down to 1700kHz when a crystal of 
that frequency is plugged in.
