[ARC5] Transmitter paper labels

I was reproducing the paper label from the top of the transmitter(s) that says, in part, "Warning, Before operating this unit detach plate clips and pull out tissue paper, etc. etc." Does anyone have this label, and can you tell me the ARC information in the lower left corner? Too blurry to read. Looks something like: "ARC-1328 1(0W-10-44)"??
