Has nothing to do with an ARC-5 - it's an adapter for a British style 
headphone plug to a U.S. PL-55.  The SCR-522 manual has these adapters 
shown in it.  Fairly obscure usage, I suspect.

BTW, do we know or sure that qth.net strips off a 'bay URL?  As a test,
