[ARC5] SCR-274N VHF BC-950 Rework

Awhile back we discussed how most of the early SCR-274N
VHF transmitters (BC-950), which used an internal 815
plate modulator, had been reworked into AN/ARC-5 T-23
transmitters, which used the system MD-7.

includes a photo of the interior of a T-23, showing the hole plugs
where the 815 and it's two plate leads originally went.
Later production runs of the T-23 do not have these holes.
