[ARC5] Evolution to "In The Panel" Control Boxes

Similar boxes were produced for the AN/APN-1 Radio Altimeter. I guess there was
some pressure to re-use all the avionics built in WW II in post war aircraft.
Reasonable, since solid state stuff was not in existence yet.
