[ARC5] A.R.C. Build of AN/ARC-5 R-23A

There was some talk awhile back about the post-WW-II
build of some replacement LF ARC-5 receivers,
build by Lewyt and others, and speculation about
wheither A.R.C. had built any.
They did, under contract NOa(s)-10546.
A.R.C. part number 10008.
Acceptance test date is October, 1949.
The serial number of the one
that finally surfaced from "The Cave" is #288.
