The URL shown is not quite correct. The net returns
an invalid site message. The URL should be:
http://www.twinbeech.com/radio.htm
While some computers and email programs are able
to go to the site with just a click on a URL address
that does not include the http, some (many?) don't
so it would be helpful to include the http in any
address you forward.
Additionally, I have a minor complaint/suggestion
about the twinbeech web pages. Small black
print on an Olive Drab background is EXTREMELY
hard for us old farts to read!

Hello,
I thought you might like this picture of the radios used in the AAF control
tower at Thorpe Abbotts in England. The photo shows a pair of two receiver
274N's and one SCR-522. The shot is on the same radio web page at:
www.twinbeech.com/radio
I want to thank everyone for their positive comments and support. If you
have any suggestions for improvements or if you want me to post links to
other old radio sites please send them to me and I will do so.
Thanks again,
Taigh
