[ARC5] Dial needed

Probably intended to use it as a tuneable IF for say, a 2 meter
converter.
Grind the dial markings off, recalibrate 144.0 - 147.1.
Later they changed their mind, or the dial got lost or damaged.
Sad, isn't it, but those things did happen decades ago.
