[ARC5] Surfacing RATs

Three of my four RAT radios have "surfaced" from long storage,
so let me add their serial numbers to the database.

RAT CBY-46084 20-27 MC: Cover is serial #25, chassis is serial #5.
Has control drawer #10 (thank you, Mike!), correct for 20-27 #5.

RAT CBY-46083 13-20 MC serial #3 with control drawer #3.
The "correct" drawer would be #5; 
Control drawer #3 is correct for 13-20 radio #2.

RAT-1 CBY 46109 20-27 MC serial #50, no drawer.

Will post the last one when it turns up.
